Mixed grain loaves are made with a variety of organic grains, including Whole Wheat, Einkorn, Rye, and Spelt.
Flavorful, rich, yet lightly textured. 
100% Naturally leavened, each loaf is fermented for 36-40hrs before baked in a stone bread oven.
